Jiren beacuse beerus is a stupid and goku only loss to goku beacuse he is more stupid then beerus and goku is not able to defeat goku when he is using super saiyan god, super saiyan blue, super saiyan blue kaioken x20, ultra instinct super saiyan wich is far beyond from any before transformation. Jiren is confirmed to be stronger than beerus and fused zamasu by akira referring to him as the strongest opponent in db history, so it all comes down to if beerus could hakai or seal jiren. otherwise, jiren is the clear winner.. Except he was stalmating and still casually fighting a goku who all the gods feared and in the anime belmond is the god that beat beerus if jiren is that mortal as that mortal's god > beerus as stated by whis..
Hakai won't work on jiren. frieza showed that the hakai can be nullified with sheer power just as any other technique in the series, and jiren is on the level of a god of destruction at the very least. not to mention that beerus has a worse temper than jiren. it's more likely for beerus to lose his cool while jiren calmly counters his attacks.. Cant beerus just hakai them and gokus striking strength in his ssg form and beyond is arguably universal same for jiren and beerus. meaning all three of them can punch hard enough to destroy universes can any of marvel survive this? im taking the lack of response as a no.. When ssg goku and beerus fought it threatened to destroy the universe and jiren was more powerful then goku ssbx20 and vegeta ssub fighting together ,ssg=potentially universe level < ssb < ssbx20 = ssub < unmasterd ui < masterd ui, jiren even beat unmasterd ui goku. and beerus can just hakai things out of existence and as far as im aware it.
